Any questions? Here we’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions which should clear up any queries you may have.

Artwork file types accepted

The type of document you supply will often determine the reliability of the finished product. Most design software can produce output in PDF format and ideally we prefer artwork to be supplied as a PDF X-4. We can an also accept other file types including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Publisher, Word and PowerPoint files. Please Get in Touch if you are unsure.

Lead Times

Lead times are 3-5 working days from artwork approval to dispatch. If your item has extended delivery, we will contact you to confirm the dispatch date on receipt of your order.
If you need your item in a hurry have a look and see if it is available for Go Faster delivery.

Number of Sorts

When ordering a number of items including Business Cards, Leaflets and Postcards, you may be asked for the Number of Sorts. This option alllows you to to split a total order quantity into different designs with equal quantities ie 1,2,3 or 4 sorts.

For example:
If you want to order 4 different business cards you would select Number of Sorts: 4. 
If you select Quantity: 1,000, the order will be 250 of each type of business card.

This option is often more cost effective than placing multiple orders of small quantities. If your order quantity and split is not avialable in the drop down menu, please contact us and we will discuss your requirements.

Does GoGetPrint check my artwork?

All print jobs are overseen and output by our in-house design team and production supervisors.

Soft copy PDF proofs will be emailed to you for approval. Your artwork will have been Pre-Flight checked to colour map and trap. Any issues such as poor image resolution, bleed or missing fonts will be highlighted. A sign off / approval page will also be included for you to complete and return before the job goes to print.

Can I get a proof for the approval of my print?

Hard copy proof production is currently not available on gogetprint.com. If you require hard copy proofs please Get in Touch after placing your order and we will be happy to discuss your specific requirements.

We are ISO 12647-2 certified to produce hard copy proofs. Please note there is a minimum order charge of £15 for a hard copy proof and proof production can take one or two full working days plus postage/ collection time and your approval time.

What are the Delivery Options?

We offer free delivery on all orders placed on gogetprint.com over £50.00 and throughout the UK and Ireland. There will be some exceptions to this for oversized items (1.5m plus). Items may also be collected from our premises in Belfast saving a day in delivery.

What is Go Faster Delivery Option?

When you need a really fast turnaround we offer a Go Faster Option on some products. This option costs a bit more as we have to elbow you into the printing schedule and get your job to the front of the queue.

For all orders received before 3pm we will despatch the following day on a 24 hour delivery service. 

To select Go Faster click Yes at the Go Faster Option when Customising Your Order. If your product is not available for Go Faster and you need it in a hurry we suggest you place your order and Get in Touch and we will do our best to get you as fast turnaround as possible.

Proof - soft copy proof will be sent within one hour and need approved by 5pm that day.
